How to Work Forward

    They say "All is fair in love and war," but that does not apply to the daily routine in a business, especially between clients and a business. Below are a few tips to help deal with negativity at work.

Tips
  • Try not to feed into the comment 
  • Take the comment and use it as constructive criticism (if applicable)
  • Ask about 2-3 others how they feel about the services within the business
  • Positive feedback will ALWAYS overpower the negative (some only give negative feedback because of either a confidence issue, or they have a personal problem with one person. Do not let it get to you!)
  • Work forward. If you work with the past, you will not be able to transition as smooth as you would like.
