Tips
- Try not to feed into the comment
- Take the comment and use it as constructive criticism (if applicable)
- Ask about 2-3 others how they feel about the services within the business
- Positive feedback will ALWAYS overpower the negative (some only give negative feedback because of either a confidence issue, or they have a personal problem with one person. Do not let it get to you!)
- Work forward. If you work with the past, you will not be able to transition as smooth as you would like.
