Paradise? I Think So!

Hi everyone!! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend (I know I did!). Recently I went on a little adventure to a land of pure beauty and prestige. Where is this place you ask? Croatia.
Courtesy of student travel group, Bus2Alps, I went on an adventure of a lifetime. I never would have been able book any type of transportation, a hostel, and pay for meals and personal expenses, not to mention an amazing and the most beautiful island hopping tour for less than $400. Cost, well worth it.

Now, Croatia is a country of paradise in my eyes, and probably will be to many of you as well. The locals here in Prague told me that Croatia is a major tourist destination, but I didn't feel that it was, however, it is a location that not many would spring out to at first. It is considered one of Europe's "best kept secrets". Never, in a million years, would I have thought I would travel to Croatia. Most admitting, the beaches are the absolute best. There a couple of "rocky" beaches, where not many tourists head to, but they are quiet and tranquil in the sense that it's mostly the locals that stop there.

Island Hopping

1) The boat was amzing.
2) I loved my group (not to mention some great eye candy!)
3) The food served was to die for (fresh fish, and yes, a whole fish, but you can choose chicken or the vegetarian plate like I did).
4) It's an experience you'll never forget.

Trogir, Croatia

Trogir is where I fell in love (aside from the Dalmatian Islands). From the palace walls to the restaurants by the river, the atmosphere was just fantastic. Local vendors were more than happy to work with you when making purchases (we learned that you can always talk the vendors down to a good price). Only here can deals like this be made.

Just off the coast of Split, Croatia

Overall experience of Croatia

A perfect 10!
